Service was good food was just ok.

Stopped in yesterday for some baked goods to-go. There was a great selection, and we chose a variety: cherry strudel, coconut cream pie, and 3 kinds of cookies. Everything was fresh and delicious! Hopefully we can stop by again before heading home in a few days.

Very good food. Staff could benefit from some training.

Very busy and the waiter never got our order right. It was only 6pm and they ran out of hot Turkey, steak, and ribs. The food was cold, soup from a can. Very salty. Supposed to be beef barley but they forgot to put any beef in it. I ordered a baked potatoe supposedly loaded yet the only thing loaded was bacon bits (no real bacon) about a pinch of cheese. No sour cream no extra butter (I ordered both) Got none! Salad was one lettuce leaf chopped up with a slice of tomato on top. Waiter forgot the salad dressing but by the time he remembered I wasn't hungry. Our friends ordered salad also and never got the doesn't they ordered. No bread for the table. No croutons for salad. Hamburger ordered by one of our friends came with baked beans that were cold. Everyone's meal served at different times. Really bad place. When we complained they just said to bad, so sorry, we're busy. Whatttttttt?

This was a homey place to eat. Lots of folks here on a Sunday afternoon. Good food, lots to choose from and they offered baked goods to go.

All you can eat fish fry was very good Cod.

Service is very very slow. Ordered biscuits and gravy. Gravy came out cold as we literally watched them put them in a microwave before the brought it out. My dad's bacon tasted like they cooked it yesterday and it was also cold.

We could have been seated easily if someone had bothered to bus the tables. We got tied of waiting. On the way out we heard two men discussing their disappointment in the food quite avidly

Went for the fried fish meal. It was good but something was a bit off. Possibly slightly overcooked. Pleasant waitress.

We went late. 30 minutes before closing. It closes at 7pm. Ordered phylli cheese steak sandwiches and fries. Sandwich was overcooked and dry. The service was excellent, very clean and very decorated small quaint restaurant. If we have time we,d like to go earlier and try it again.

Just avoid this place. I don't like giving ones but it was that bad. Many orders were wrong and they forgot someone food. Vegetables were cold and looked like they were out of a can. The meat on my burger was cold and the fries were cold. Server didn't ask how we were doing. They refilled drinks after we were done eating because we asked, the drinks had been empty for 15 minutes. I could write a lot more, just avoid this place.

Great service, clean and the best Friday fish fry anyone could ask for. Along with choice of Baked, Fry's or Potatoe salad and killer homemade tarter sauce. Recommend to anyone. I'll be trying there breakfast menu next ! 😁😎

The food was okay, service was great. But, they do not accept credit/ATM cards ... cash or check only. The Denver Omlet I had was good, but didn't have much cheese in it, and the hash browns were frozen, not fresh. The wheat toast came with two prepackaged jelly/jam flavors, not of my choosing. All in all, not a horrible place to eat. It just felt like they might be struggling financially (maybe not? ... I don't know) and cutting customer service corners to improve their margin of profit. Again, pure speculation on my part as to cause for the missing corners. There are much better places to eat in town. The net results are that I probably will not eat here again. Not sure how lost customers play into their bottom line. Were it my choice ... if this were my business ... I'd add the corners back in. Just sayin' ... ✌️😁🖖🤙☮️

Some days, this place is 5 stars and just amazing! And some days they are understaffed and you wait 10 minutes before getting noticed. On a good day, you can't beat the price and good breakfast fare. Coffee is only 99 cents.

I have never been treated so rudely. We were a party of 7 and had the fish dinner and dessert, before we were finished eating and ready to go an elderly woman came over and started wiping our table and actually bumping into some of us in order to do so. The food was good but would not recommend this restaurant and the bad because of the rude treatment and i will not be returning myself. There was no need for this treatment because they had plenty of empty tables and no one waiting.

Excellent home made menu selection with daily excellent specials. The pies are the best in quartzite.

waitress was very attentive. Always had free coffee filled. And a wonderful Oriental salad. Took some home. Thank you sweet darling for being here.

It was hot and fast. The service was really good and the food was good enough for us to have made a return trip.

Yeah, that was bad. Only reason I gave 2 stars is the soup was good and they gave half off my bad meal. Would have given another star if the soup wasn't such a small portion. Waited 20 minutes to get in, then about an hour for our food. Was supposed to get ribeye. I don't know what they gave me but it sure wasn't ribeye and was tough as leather.

Server was very nice. .food was ok. Hubby had a Reuben that was very good..I had soup that was ok

I have been there quite a few times, food is average. I might recommend this place to a friend.

The food was good but I did not have much- just biscuits and gravy. The place was clean and the service was punctual and genuinely friendly. The ambience sort of cold because it was not decorated with interest and on the dark side. No choice of booths or tables for the feeling of privacy. Tables only throughout a warehouse feeling.

All good: meatloaf special with real mashed potatoes, veggies & vegetable beef soup. Clean.

Waited half an hour to be seated only to learn that they were out of many of the dinners on the menu.

All you can eat cod fish mini balls deep fried was Hot and yummy came with fries,and slaw it gets very busy so expect to wait for the food to come out.

Liver and onions where delicious and so was the soup . Openface hot beef sandwich with mashed potatoes was my husband's choice . Nothing left on his plate either . Coffee is 99 cent

The best baked goods in Quartzite and great food too.

Stopped on for lunch. Rueben Sandwich was really good. Looked at specials and they do a Prime Rib meal Mondays and Tuesday for 14.95 and it's all you can eat. To bad I wasn't going to be there for dinner. Special for lunch was an open faced meat log sandwich which also looked good.

Simple menu, simple service. Very nice and accommodating. Didn't try the baked goods, but looked wonderful! Pies going out the door all through my meal. Also fruit breads like banana nut, cookies and big cinnamon rolls! I'll be back!

Food was great, Friday night fish special. Go early to avoid the dinner rush. Waitress was awesome! Take some great cinnamon rolls home with you for late night snack!

Friday Fish Fry on Valentine's Day was really nice.

So busy!! Wow. Really busy. Food is good. We had the "all you can eat" fish on Friday evening. Lucky we arrive just after it opened at 4. The people just poured in. Good service but those waitresses were running to get everybody taken care of. Go at 3:45 to get a table right away. Or maybe later I don't know. But it was so busy!

They sat us at a table for 12 that had another 4 people sitting at the other end. Those four finished and left we were in the middle of our dinner when this group of 12 came in. Some sat at the other end of this table and the other 6 rude people starred at us while we finished our dinner. One jerk came up to us to inform us they were waiting to sit were we were sitting. Like we didnt figure that out with their stares!! Of course management didnt want to do anything about it. We would have liked to enjoy our dinner
